Using this site
STROMXAKASH is a portfolio and project-contact website. You may browse, read and share publicly available pages for normal personal or professional use. Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, probe restricted areas, or misuse any forms, links or services.

Project discussions
Information shared through a project enquiry is used to understand the requested work and communicate about it. A message or enquiry does not automatically create a contract, guarantee availability, or guarantee a particular result.

Project scope and delivery
If a project moves forward, scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions, ownership and any fees should be agreed separately before work begins. Changes outside an agreed scope may require a revised plan or estimate.

Projects may connect to services such as GitHub, Discord, hosting platforms, APIs, payment providers or other third-party software. Those services have their own terms and policies, and their availability or behaviour is not controlled by this portfolio site.

Intellectual property
The STROMXAKASH name, original branding, visual assets and portfolio presentation belong to their respective owner unless a different ownership arrangement is explicitly agreed for a project. Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain with their respective owners.
